PPP committee meets today to elect office-bearers
NOWSHERA: Provincial organising committee of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) is going to meet here today to elect the provincial, divisional and district level office-bearers of the party.
The PPP provincial leader Tariq Khattak told reporters that the election would be held at Khattak Bagh under the supervision of five-member organising committee comprised of former PPP’s provincial president Rahimdad Khan, former general secretary Humayun Khan, Senator Robina Khalid, Noor Alam Khan and Shuja Alam.
Tariq Khattak added that all party workers would be provided a form for electing new provincial, divisional and district level leadership.
In this connection, a meeting of the PPP Nowshera district workers was held at the residence of former minister of state Mian Muzaffar Shah. The party workers were directed to participate in the election to elect the party leadership.
