SHO asked to proceed against Altaf, others

OKARA: Additional Sessions Judge Akleem Raza has ordered the City A-Division SHO to proceed against MQM chief Altaf Hussain and 157 others according to the law.
He issued the order on a petition filed by Rana Fida Mohiuddin advocate, seeking registration of a case against Altaf Hussain, Farooq Sattar, Khawaja Izharul Hassan, Dr Amir Liaqat, Khalid Maqbool Siddique, Amir Khan and others.
The judge ordered the SHO to proceed against the respondents under the PPC after recording statement of the petitioner. In his petition, Rana Fida said that the accused created the law and order situation after the hate speech of Altaf Hussain. He said that the accused also damaged some media houses in Karachi.
