Rangers set Rs5mn head money for ‘LeJ commander’

The Sindh Rangers on Thursday issued a snapshot of the alleged chief of the banned Lashker-e-Jhangvi Al-Almi and, seeking assistance from the public, announced Rs5 million as head money for any information that could lead to his arrest.

In a statement, the paramilitary force requested the public to share any information about the terrorist, Syed Safdar alias Yousuf alias Khurasani alias Maviya alias Ali Bin Huzefah alias Shah Jee alias Zeeshan, and his accomplice.

According to the statement, the terrorist is the Ameer of the LeJ Al-Alami and is wanted by law enforcers in a number of terrorism cases.

The public should provide assistance to security agencies in arresting these suspicious elements, the force said.
