Scattered rains expected

Islamabad: The met office on Monday forecast that scattered rains are expected in Punjab, Upper Sindh, Eastern Sindh, and Kashmir till Wednesday.
Some monsoon current are likely to penetrate in Punjab, Sindh and Kashmir from mid week i.e after 48 hours causing more rains, Director National Weather Forecasting Center, Islamabad, Dr. Muhammad Hanif told APP.
He shared that so far below normal rains were received in the country but monsoon season is expected to continue for another four to five week and some more rains are likely to be received during this time. In next 24 hours rain-thunderstorm is expected at a few places of Malakand, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Sahiwal, Bahawalpur, Mirpurkhas, Zhob divisions.
