Khassadar shot dead in Jamrud

JAMRUD: Unidentified gunmen shot dead a Khassadar in Ghundi area and fled the scene, local sources said on Saturday.

Shakil Ahmad, resident of Sakhi Pul, was on duty when the gunmen opened fire on him at around 6am. The slain Khassadar had received multiple gunshots on his chest and died on the spot. Soon after the incident, Swat Scouts and Khassadars rushed to the site and cordoned off the area.
