Judge suspended for ‘misconduct’

The chief justice of the Sindh High Court has suspended Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate (Karachi South) Muneer Ahmed Khaskheli on grounds of misconduct.
Khaskheli has been suspended with immediate effect by the CJ in exercise of the powers conferred by sub rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency &Discipline) Rules 1973, said an official statement on Monday. During suspension, Khaskheli will draw his pay and allowances under the rules.
