Bail granted to militants’ alleged facilitator

NOWSHERA: The court of a civil judge-cum-judicial magistrate on Saturday released an accused arrested on the charges of terrorism.
The civil judge-cum-judicial magistrate ordered the release of Pir Fazlullah after the Supreme Court accepted his bail application.
The Counter Terrorism
Department (CTD) had lodged cases in Mardan
and arrested Pir Fazlullah
and his sons for allegedly facilitating militants, possessing illegal and automatic arms, having dual nationality and other crimes of heinous nature.
The accused Pir Fazlullah had challenged his arrest in the Supreme Court of Pakistan, which accepted his bail plea.
