HARIPUR: Jamaat-i-Islami chief Senator Sirajul Haq said on Monday his party had the capacity to introduce clean governance in the country.

He was speaking to media during his visit to the residence of former chief of JI and president of the District Bar Association Haripur, late Syed Lal Hussain Shah. He was there to offer condolence to the family.

Provincial chief of his party Mushtaq Ahmed Khan and district chief Ghazan Iqbal Khan also accompanied him. He said the JI was the only political party which had honest leadership. He said there was no difference between the policies of the Pakistan Muslim League-N government and those pursued by the Pakistan People’s Party during its various stints in power.
