Four senior officials transferred
LAHORE:The Punjab government has issued a notification announcing the transfer and appointment of four senior officials in a latest administrative reshuffle.
Captain (R) Waqas Rashid, previously serving as Additional Secretary in the Agriculture Department, has been transferred and appointed as Director General Mines and Minerals. Awaiting posting, Anwar Ali has been appointed as Additional Secretary in the Home Department.
Deputy Secretary for Price Control and Commodities, Azubah Azeem, has been transferred and posted as Additional Director General, Price Control and Commodities Management. Meanwhile, Muhammad Asad has been appointed as Mines Labour Welfare Commissioner.
Furthermore, the additional charge of Labour Commissioner, which was held by Additional Secretary Mines and Minerals Naeem Ullah Bhatti, has been withdrawn. A formal notification regarding these changes has been issued by the Services and General Administration Department (S&GAD).
