CCPO orders foolproof security in Muharram

LAHORE: CCPO Lahore reaffirmed zero tolerance for corruption, inefficiency, and highhandedness within the police force during a performance review meeting of Model Town and Cantonment Divisions.

He directed foolproof security arrangements for Muharram-ul-Haram, including early resolution of issues at sensitive locations and the introduction of an A-Plus category for high-risk Majalis and processions. He also stressed enhanced security for Chinese nationals and stronger crime prevention through community policing, deployment of guards in housing societies, and strict monitoring of suspicious inter-district movements.
