Pakistan volleyball to leave for Bahrain today

LAHORE: Brimming with confidence from a silver-medal finish in the previous edition, the Pakistan Volleyball team is set to depart for Bahrain on June 15 to compete in the AVC Nation’s Cup 2025, scheduled there from June 17.
The high-stake continental tournament will feature region’s elite teams. Pakistan’s 14-member squad includes Abdul Zaheer, Afaq Khan, Ahmad Mustafa Khan, Muhammad Yaseen, Fahad Raza, Hamid Yazman, Ahmed Nazir, Muhammad Kashif Naveed, Murad Jehan, Murad Khan, Musawer Khan, Nasir Ali, Usman Faryad Ali, and Salman Khan.
The Pakistan Volleyball Federation has voiced confidence in the team’s thorough preparation, highlighting the mix of power, agility, and tactical clarity instilled during pre-departure training.
