KBA to elect office-bearers today
ISLAMABAD: The elections of the Karachi Basketball Association (KBA) are due today (Saturday) at Faran Club, located near the National Stadium in Karachi, as announced by Ashfaq Ahmed,
Chairman of the Karachi Basketball Scrutiny Committee. In an official statement, Ashfaq Ahmed said that the scrutiny process of basketball clubs in Karachi has been successfully completed.
“After thorough evaluation, we have finalized a list of 16 eligible clubs that meet the required criteria,” he stated. Notices have been sent to all member clubs with voting rights, inviting them to participate in the electoral process.
Additionally, relevant departments and authorities have been formally informed. Following the elections, a detailed report will be submitted to all sports departments, Government of Sindh, the Sindh Olympic Association, and the Pakistan Basketball Federation.
