ARL celebrates Environment Day
Rawalpindi:Attock Refinery Limited (ARL) in collaboration with National Cleaner Production Centre (NCPC) & Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Rawalpindi, celebrated World Environment Day 2025 at ARL’s Morgah Biodiversity Park, says a press release.
An awareness walk was arranged along with the university volunteers and management representatives from ARL and NCPC. The primary objective of this walk was to raise awareness about the theme of this year’s World Environment Day i.e., “Beat Plastic Pollution” and to highlight the need of eliminating the plastic pollution.
The ARL & NCPC management representatives addressed the participants about the criticality of the issue and the steps which needs to be taken. At the end, a plant was also planted to show the commitment of the participants for restoration of the environment.
