Nawaz in London for checkup
Nawaz Sharif left Lahore on special aircraft and reached Luton airport an hour out of London
LONDON: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) President and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif arrived in London on Sunday night for medical check-up.
Nawaz Sharif left Lahore on a special aircraft and reached Luton airport – an hour out of London. He was received at the airport by Pakistan High Commission officials and PMLN office-bearers Ahsan Dar, Rashid Hashmi and Khurram Butt.
He will undergo medical examination during his stay and is likely to spend Eid in London. Dr Adnan is also with Nawaz Sharif.
Nawaz Sharif is undergoing regular medical check-up by the doctors who are monitoring his condition.
The former prime minister, who had arrived in London from Belarus earlier last month for a two-week stay, had stayed in London for just over a week.
