Minor dies of food poisoning

PESHAWAR: A minor died and three other members of the family were taken to hospital due to food poisoning in Bara Gate area in the provincial capital on Sunday.
The first information report lodged in the Pishtakhara Police Station stated that a minor, Zarrar, died while his father Khalid, mother Nazia and Abdul Khaliq were taken to hospital after they ate bakery items brought from the nearby shop. The official said a case was registered against the owner of the store and the staff.
