LAHORE:Provincial Minister for Health Khawaja Salman Rafique visited the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of Mayo Hospital. He met the faculty and took a briefing.
The minister also inspected the workshop and storeroom and visited the patients. CEO Mayo Hospital Prof Haroon Hamid, Dr Asad Abbas, Dr Wajahat Kamal and Dr Irfan Mirza were present on the occasion.
Salman said that the use of modern technology in the treatment and care of patients in government hospitals is our top priority. Facilities are being created for patients visiting government hospitals. According to the vision of CM, basic steps are being taken for public health. He said that the capacity of the Dept of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of Mayo Hospital is also being increased.
