Rain turns weather pleasant

LAHORE:Scattered rain after the windstorm turned weather pleasant here in the City on Sunday evening.

Earlier, hot weather with partly cloudy conditions was observed here while Met office predicted similar weather conditions with chances of further scattered rain for the next 24 hours. Met officials said that maximum temperature in the City on Sunday was 34°C and minimum was 26°C. They predicted scattered rain during the next two days across the City while windstorm may also occur in various cities of the country. Meanwhile, the average AQI in the city was 143 while the PM2.5 concentration was 10.5 times the World Health Organisation annual PM2.5 guideline value.
