Online scams have surged in the era of artificial intelligence. According to some reports from last month, a certain AI-driven non-fungible token (NFT) trading platform is actually a Ponzi scheme that has already stolen billions of rupees. This is just one of the many alleged scams out there these days. To counter all these illegal and fraudulent earning activities, the government should properly investigate the existing scams, block all such types of websites and severely punish all the people involved.
The government should launch courses or awareness programmes that teach people how to identify fraudulent or dangerous platforms in to engage in digital commerce and trading safely.
