‘Protection of rights of labourers responsibility of govt’
Islamabad: Labourers and the working class should be aware of their rights. Pakistan is rich in resources, where the protection of the rights of the educated as well as the working class is an important responsibility of the government, said Central Convener Awaam Pakistan Party and former Prime Minister of Pakistan Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, says a press release.
Institutions are committed to the implementation of the rights of workers and labourers. The Awaam Pakistan are the voice of every worker and labourer.
He said this in his special message on Labour Day. Shahid Khaqan Abbasi said that no institution can achieve its goals without the help of the labourer. They play an important role in the construction and development of institutions. He further said that institutions must be made obliged to pay wages to workers according to their labour in accordance with labour laws. The responsibility of which also lies with the government. He said that the Awaam Pakistan Party is the voice of the workers, labourers and oppressed classes. We know when and how to defend the rights of our people.
