Pakistan to feature in World Polo Championship

KARACHI: Pakistan’s polo team is participating in the 2nd FIP Arena World Polo Championship (Zone E playoffs) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from April 21-26.
The players of the team are Hamza Mawaz, M Saqib Knakwani, Raja Jalal Arslan, Abdullah Ijaz, Ahmed Bilai Riaz, Ibrahim Khalil, and Maisam Haider Baloch while the officials are Awais Adnan (Team Manager) and Shukat Ali Malik (Coach).
The selection committee of Pakistan Polo Association held trials to select the national team and then selected seven while rejected five out of 12 athletes who participated in the trials.
