The continuous rise in prices of essential items has made it extremely difficult for middle- and lower-income families to make ends meet. Salaries and wages have remained stagnant, while the cost of living continues to rise every month. Even basic grocery items have become unaffordable for many households.

This economic pressure is leading to frustration, anxiety and a growing sense of hopelessness among the people. It is crucial that the government and concerned authorities take immediate and effective steps to reduce the cost of living.
