MCB Bank, Fauree Tech partner to digitise SME supply chain financing
LAHORE: MCB Bank Limited has partnered with fintech firm Fauree Tech Pvt Ltd to expand digital supply chain financing for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Pakistan. The collaboration aims to improve access to capital and streamline financial operations for businesses.
The agreement, signed at MCB Bank’s head office in Lahore, will allow the bank to integrate Fauree’s digital platform into its financial services. The move is expected to enhance working capital management and cash flow efficiency for corporate clients and SMEs.
“This collaboration is an important step in our digital transformation journey,” said President and CEO of MCB Bank Muhammad Nauman Chughtai. “By integrating innovative financing solutions, we aim to better serve the evolving needs of SMEs while maintaining operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.” Azhar Tasadduq, CEO of Fauree Tech, highlighted the importance of SMEs in Pakistan’s economy and said the partnership would provide them with “the essential financial tools needed to grow and thrive”.
