Ex-PM says country facing lawlessness, terrorism
SWABI: Former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Thursday said that there was no rule of law in the country due to bad governance and terrorism.
Talking to reporters after offering condolences to Mushtaq Ahmad Khan on the death of his elder brother Shakeel Ahmad Khan here, he said the terrorists attacked Jaffar Express in Balochistan, which was a painful incident. He said when people were not listened to and their opinion not respected, then the youth had no other option but to take up guns.
Former Khyber Pakhtu-nkhwa chief minister Sardar Mehtab Ahmad Khan Abbasi also accompanied Khaqan Abbasi. To a question, he said that it was very important to get rid of the scourge of drugs because if it spreads throughout the society and especially among the youth.
