ABBOTTABAD: Two persons were killed and 12 others sustained injuries when a van carrying students and teachers fell into a ravine here on Wednesday.
Police officials said that a Suzuki van, carrying 14 students and teachers was on its way to school when it fell into a ditch on Murree Road at Dhamtore apparently due to brake failure.As a result, the driver, Amir Khan, and a student, Romisa Bibi, died on the spot. Twelve others sustained injuries who were rushed to the Ayub Teaching Hospital for emergency cover.
