Matric exams: One case of cheating, 25 UMC cases registered

LAHORE:One case of cheating and 25 UMC cases were registered during the ongoing Matric Exams 2025 across all the nine exams boards of Punjab on Friday.
According to spokesperson for Punjab Education Boards Tahir Javed, Secretary Higher Education Department (HED) Punjab Dr Farrukh Naveed, had mobilised all education boards of Punjab against the booti mafia.
He added 981,714 candidates appeared in 7,595 examination centres of Punjab education boards. Quoting Additional Secretary HED Punjab (Boards) Noman Jamil, the spokesperson said that mission was to make the examinations of all education boards across Punjab transparent.
