Incubation centre to foster student startups launched
Islamabad: Beaconhouse International College (BIC) has launched BIC Foundry, an incubation centre designed to nurture student entrepreneurship by providing a platform for mentorship, industry exposure, and funding opportunities.
The event, held at BIC, Islamabad here on Wednesday, brought together top industry visionaries. BIC Foundry was inaugurated by Nassir Mahmud Kasuri, CEO, BIC, alongside Safia Cassim, CHO, BIC. Esteemed guests, includguest’s Faisal Aftab, Founder, Zayn VC, and Parvez Abbasi, Founder and CEO, AdVentures, were also present at the launch ceremony and shared insights on innovation and industry collaboration.
BIC Foundry offers students a platform to develop and pitch startup ideas to investors and experts. With a strong focus on real-world business application, the initiative aims to equip aspiring entrepreneurs with the resources and networks needed to turn ideas into successful ventures.
Speaking at the event, Kasuri emphasised BIC’s commitment to fostering innovation and empowering students. With BIC Foundry, the college strengthens its role as a hub for future business leaders and change makers.
