CDA board meeting held
Islamabad: The Board meeting of the Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Thursday decided to use SAP software for the better accounting and financial system.
The 4th meeting of the CDA board with chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa in chair decided that the CDA would sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Accountant General of Accounts Pakistan for implementation of Systems, Applications and Production (SAP) in CDA, next week.
The meeting was informed that it would be a double-entry accounting system in CDA. It was also decided that complete details of all CDA assets would be compiled.
The CDA Chairman directed a financial report based on the corporate sector should be prepared at the end of every fiscal year. The report will contain fiscal targets for the financial year and achievements made.
The board meeting also constituted a committee headed by Member Finance and comprising the Director of Land, Municipal Administration, and Director of Building Control to identify all the rented-out properties of authority.
