Cop among 2 kidnapped and killed in Bannu

BANNU: A cop and another person were abducted and later killed in the jurisdiction of Bakakhel Police Station, official sources said.

According to the police report, Constable Riazullah, son of Sakhi Zaman, who was stationed at Utmanzai Police Station, and Habibullah, son of Naeem, a resident of Shoikhel in Bakakhel, were kidnapped.

Both the captives were taken to the Gurbaz area where they were murdered.Police stated that the killings were linked to an ongoing enmity stemming from a murder case dating back 10 years.The police registered a case and initiated investigations.
