According to an official in the know, the Montessori teachers (BPS-17) and their assistants (BPS-14) will be hired for an initial period of one year, which is extendable until the filling of the posts on regular basis.

The Montessori teachers will be responsible for leading activities in line with the requirements of early year education, developing work schemes and lesson plans to motivate students, and imaginatively using resources to help them learn with the objective to enhance the children’s learning outcomes within the established curriculum guidelines.
