As participants marched with banners and placards, the slogan ‘Haq Ki Awaz Sab Ke Sath’ (The Voice of Rights Stands with Everyone) echoed throughout the event, reinforcing the state's responsibility to uphold fundamental rights for all.
The walk was not just an awareness effort but also a call to action, urging people to advocate for their rights. Speaking to the media, senior officials from the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, the Police Department, and the Human Rights Department reiterated their commitment to upholding human rights and implementing measures to address violations.
Civil society members welcomed the initiative, recognising it as a positive step toward strengthening human rights awareness. Various speeches and demonstrations emphasised the importance of standing up for one's rights and ensuring justice for all.
