Islamabad: Federal Education Secretary Muhiyuddin Ahmad Wani visited the Islamabad Model School for Girls (VI-X), F-7/2 as part of efforts to promote reading among students.
The visit was meant to engage with students on a book review initiative to foster a culture of reading and critical thinking among young learners, according to officials.
Wani was greeted warmly by students in the school library, as they eagerly awaited his arrival with their review sheets. The secretary expressed his delight at their enthusiasm and presented bestselling books as gifts to 20 students who visited him in his office last month.
