Marble units sealed

KHAR: Sixteen illegal marble unit and two crushing plants were sealed in the Sheikh Killay area of Khar tehsil on Wednesday.
Assistant Commissioner, Khar, Dr Sadiq Ali, AAC Khar Mr Shah Nawaz, and AD Industries Bajaur conducted a detailed inspection and operation against illegal marble factories and crushing plants in Sheikh Killay. The owners of these units were allegedly violating environmental regulations, SOPs, and the Power Crusher Act.
Sixteen marble units and two crushing plants were sealed. Their electricity connections were cut off and legal action was taken against their managers.
