CDA conducts balloting of C-14 plots
Islamabad:The Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Tuesday conducted balloting for allotment of residential plots in Sector C-14 which the CDA management promised to be best-ever residential area in the federal capital. The Estate Management Wing of CDA organised balloting at CDA Headquarters in presence of chairman Muhammad Ali Randhawa and other officials.
The authority has acquired services of National Database and Registration of Authority (NADRA) to ensure transparent conduct of balloting for allotment of 236 plots each of 500 square yards. The authority received 1,700 applications for 236 residential plots in Sector C-14 which is located in foothills Margalla. While making allotment, the overseas Pakistanis have given preference to locals.
The CDA chairman, on the occasion said that development work in the sector was being undertaken at full and possession of plots would be given to owners before completion of civil works.
