KCA concludes week-long training course on cotton ginning
KARACHI: The Karachi Cotton Association (KCA) successfully organised a one-week training course on cotton ginning from January 6 to January 10 at its premises. The programme aimed to provide basic knowledge about the cotton ginning process to individuals associated with various aspects of the cotton trade.
A considerable number of participants from the cotton industry attended the course, where they received expert training from a qualified instructor. The sessions included detailed lectures on different aspects of the cotton ginning process. To enhance practical understanding, the KCA also arranged a visit to a ginning factory, allowing participants to observe the process firsthand.
The KCA held a certificate distribution ceremony On January 10 to honour the participants who completed the training. The certificates were presented by Chairman of the KCA Khawaja M Zubair, alongside former chairman Khawaja Tahir Mahmood, former vice-chairman Rizwan Iqbal Umer, and Muhammad Naseem Usman, senior member of the Brokers Advisory Committee of the KCA.
