Constitutional bench delists Jan 8-10 cases
Cases fixed before bench on January 9 and 10 also stand cancelled and delisted

ISLAMABAD: The Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court Tuesday cancelled the cause list of cases for January 8, 9 and 10 respectively.
According to a notification issued by the registrar, the cases fixed before the constitutional bench on January 8 have been cancelled.
All concerned, including attorney general, law officers/advocates generals/prosecutors general/advocates and litigant public, have been informed that the cases fixed in the constitutional cause list No 1 of 2025 before the Constitutional Bench on January 8, 2025 stand canceled and delisted, says the notification.
Similarly, the cases fixed before the bench on January 9 and 10, 2025 also stand cancelled and delisted.
