LAHORE: The Lahore District Qualifying Chess Championship was held at Government College of Technology, Lahore, on Sunday with over 100 players from across the city participating.
The tournament was organised to select players for the annual Punjab-level chess championship.
Waqas Dogar, Muhammad Nadeem, Ramadan Malghani, Fawzan Allah, and Muhammad Hussain dominated the top boards. Players of all ages participated enthusiastically to claim the title of Lahore’s Chess Champion.
