Female drug peddler arrested

LAHORE:Data Darbar police Monday arrested a female drug dealer and recovered 1,420 gram hashish from her possession. A woman known as Langri was arrested as she was involved in selling drugs in the areas surrounding Data Darbar and Bhatti.

Meanwhile, Sadr division police detained accused Imran from Manga Mandi with 1,420 gram hashish, Tanveer Ahmed from Green Town with 1,240 gram hashish and Naeem Akhtar from Raiwind with 520 grams hashish. At Gowalmandi check point, Mayo Hospital police detained Faraz, Shazil, Arsalan, Junaid, Nazim, and Salman and recovered drugs and gutka from their possession.

Wahdat Colony police located a missing child Muhammad Hafeez within a few hours and he was handed over to his father. Dolphin Squad detained mobile phone snatching gang ringleader Tayyab from Nawab Town and recovered two cell phones that were snatched from citizens. Dolphin Squad and PRU arrested eight suspects involved in robbery and theft incidents.
