PAC, ACF ink MoU to boost cultural activities
Rawalpindi: A memorandum of understanding (MoU) signing ceremony was held between Punjab Council of the Arts (PAC) and Art and Culture Forum (ACF) to render mutual cooperation in boosting cultural activities, focusing the Punjab culture.
According to the details the ceremony was presided over by Parliamentary Secretary for Information and Culture Shazia Rizwan. Executive Director Punjab Arts Council, Tanveer Majid and representatives from ACF were also present on the occasion.
Speaking on the occasion Shazia Rizwan said that in the light of the vision of CM Maryam Nawaz, a series of practical steps were being taken to highlight Punjabi culture. "The MoU will be helpful in highlighting Punjabi culture", she said and added that more steps in this regard would be taken in future.
