240 police officials promoted

LAHORE : The Promotion Board Wednesday approved the promotion of 240 cops of Multan region to next ranks.

The meeting was conducted by Promotion Board chairman RPO Multan Captain (retd) Sohail Ahmed Chaudhry and it was attended by the CPO Multan and DPOs of Khanewal, Vehari, and Lodhran.

The meeting reviewed record of police officers and personnel posted in all districts of the region and approved the promotion of 80 ASIs to the rank of Sub-Inspector, 80 Head Constables to the rank of ASI, and 80 Constables to the rank of Head Constable.
