ISLAMABAD: Chairman of the Council of Islamic Ideology (CII) Dr. Muhammad Raghib Hussain Naeemi has convened the 40th meeting of the Council here on Wednesday afternoon (today). The meeting will discuss matters relating to the use of social media, a statement issued by the CII spokesman said. The sources said the CII meeting was called to remove the misunderstanding created after a statement attributed to Dr Naeemi declaring VPN as un-Islamic and against Shariat.
