Call to promote Pak, Indonesia trade ties

MULTAN: Indonesian Consul General Rahmat Hindiarta Kasuma Monday visited Bahauddin Zakariya University.The Consul General was welcomed by Vice Chancellor Prof Dr Muhammad Zubair Iqbal, Director of Oric Prof Dr Muhammad Najmul Haq and Coordinator External Linkages Dr Jawaria Abbas.

In the initial meeting, Dr Najamul Haq gave a comprehensive briefing on the activities and projects of the varsity.The VC discussed the possibilities of further strengthening educational, cultural and research relations between the two countries. Scholarship opportunities in Indonesia for Pakistani students, joint degree programmes, joint research funding and facilitation of online admission process were also discussed.
