Russian team admires work of Pakistani artists
Islamabad : A Russian delegation on Monday visited the Pakistan National Council of the Arts here and admired the creativity and cultural richness reflected in the works of Pakistani artists displayed in galleries.
Speaker of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation Valentina Matvienko led visitors, who were welcomed and guided by PNCA director (publications) Dr. Bilal Karim along with Designer of Visual Arts Division Saba Zia during the tour of galleries. They held discussions on shared interests and potential collaborations in arts and culture, further strengthening the cultural ties between Pakistan and Russia.
Dr. Bilal and Saba presented an overview of PNCA’s key initiatives and achievements. They presented the delegation with cultural books as a token of friendship and mutual respect.
The PNCA representatives said the visit of the Russian delegation marked an encouraging step toward bilateral cultural exchange and cooperation. They said the PNCA remained committed to fostering strong artistic connections on an international scale.
