Dacoits continue looting spree

GUJRANWALA: Dacoits looted cash, cell phones and other valuables in 14 incidents here on Saturday.
Dacoits intercepted Tasleem in Aroop police limits and looted Rs 4,000 and one cell phone. Dacoits snatched Rs 10,000 and a cell phone from Ashar at Satellite Town. Ahsan was deprived of his applied for motorcycle at Sabzi Mandi while four bandits looted valuables from the house of Habib at Ahmed Nagar. Robbers snatched Rs 20,000 and two cell phones from Javed at Qila Didar Sing while bandits looted Rs 40,000 and two cell phones from Abid and his friend Khawar at Noshera Virkan. Armed men snatched Rs 17,000 and a cell phone from Maqsood at Noshera Virkan while robbers looted Rs 24,000 and a cell phone from Mudassar at Wahndo. Jahangir was deprived of Rs 16,000 and a cell phone at Wazirabad while armed men took away motorcycle of Asif at Lahewala. Dacoits looted Rs 15,000 and three cell phones from Naveed Aslam at Kamoke. Thieves stole bikes of Bhola Butt, Shahid and Javed from different parts of the city.
BIKER INJURED: A motorcyclist was injured when string of a stray kite cut his throat near Sheranwala Bagh on Saturday.
