LAHORE: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Central Information Secretary Qamar Zaman Kaira has rejected emerging of any deadlock in the country in absence of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif who is undergoing open hurt surgery in London and urged to pray for his early recovery.
In an interview here on Saturday Kaira said that during non-attendance of the primer anyone could run state affairs by taking the charge as acting PM as Finance Minister Senator Ishaq Dar looked after important issues despite presence of the primer.
Dar can hold consultation with PM over fiscal through telephonic contact, he added. However he admitted there could be a little delay in presenting budget due to PM’s health condition.
