KARACHI: K-Electric (KE) has introduced a new initiative called ‘KE Star Rewards’, aimed at recognizing customers who consistently make on-time bill payments. This programme seeks to strengthen customer relationships and ease financial pressure through a simple, redeemable rewards system.
According to a company statement issued on Tuesday, the programme offers a range of discounts to ‘star customers’ for making full and timely bill payments each month. Designed to meet various consumer needs, the programme provides benefits in areas such as lifestyle, healthcare, food and entertainment, ensuring that there’s something for everyone.
Per the utility company, in the current economic climate, citizens are actively seeking ways to reduce expenses and better manage utility costs. Any form of relief or incentive can provide much-needed financial support while fostering stronger connections between customers and utility providers.
Eligible customers can access these discounts via the KE Live App. While individual offerings may be subject to terms and conditions, most of the discounts will be renewed on a monthly basis, allowing users to enjoy them throughout the year.
The eligibility criteria focus on consistent bill payments, regardless of the billing amount. this approach aims to encourage more customers to prioritize timely KE bill payments and become eligible for rewards.
