A young man was killed and seven others wounded during a clash between two groups over a plot within the Site Superhighway Industrial Area police station’s limits on Thursday.
Police said the incident took place in Dildar Imrani Goth. Following the incident, police and rescue workers reached the scene and transported the causalities to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital where the deceased man was identified as 20-year-old Shahzad, son of Akram.
The injured persons included Tanveer Ahmed, 30, Abdur Rasool, 60, Fahad, 22, Riaz, 18, Abdullah, 23, Riaz, 26 and seven-year-old Umer.
