Pakistan is amongst the countries where sexual violence has become a topic of concern. Reports show that 6,634 rape cases were registered in Pakistan in 2023 alone. The question arises, what leads to these incidents?
Reports also show that victims of rape and other forms of sexual violence suffer from mental and physical health issues. We need to treat women with respect and dignity.
