Five suspected robbers arrested in police encounter

The Quaidabad police reported the arrest of five suspected robbers, including three who were injured, following an alleged encounter in Gulshan-e-Bunair on Wednesday.

The injured suspects, identified as Khadim, Umar, and Faizan, were taken to a hospital for

medical treatment. Their two accomplices, Abid and Jabbar, were detained at the Quaidabad police station. During interrogation, the suspects confessed to involvement in various crimes throughout the city, including bank robberies, street crimes, and activities related to a White Corolla gang. The police seized five pistols, mobile phones, and cash from their possession. Cases have been registered and investigations are continuing.
