Lesco punishes five employees over poor performance

LAHORE:Lahore Electric Supply Company (Lesco) has taken strict disciplinary action against five employees for not achieving recovery targets.
According to spokesperson for power utility, on the direction of Lesco CEO Shahid Haider, action has been taken against the officials who poorly performed on various counts. SDO Jaya Bagga, Muhammad Waqas punished five staff members for not fulfilling their responsibilities in the recovery from consumers. As per notification, lineman Mohsin Raza was suspended from the service. Lineman Imran Hussain, Samuel Pervez and Mansoor Ahmed were demoted two ranks for two years. Lineman M Nadeem was demoted and made assistant lineman for
two years.
