LAHORE: Central president of Pakistan People’s Party Punjab, Manzoor Ahmad Wattoo said Pakistan’s economy will be strengthened and would be able to play its role in the regional development after completion of the projects started with the cooperation of China.
In a statement on Friday, he welcomed the efforts of the PPP co-chairman and former president Asif Ali Zardari for developing reconciliation among all political parties on electoral reforms.
He said electoral reforms would be helpful in holding free and transparent elections in future, which would protect future of democracy in the country.He said national interest and its promotion was the priority of the PPP co-chairman and he worked for this greater cause by keeping him above party politics.He also paid tribute to Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed.
